Hello lovely ladies! Remember last week when I did my mystery post? (If you missed it you can see it HERE.) I already posted Avon Sequined Turquoise and now I will show you the other polish in my mystery post, Avon Splendid Blue. This is a really pretty dark blue, I would call it navy blue. It's almost like it's lit from within, it has flecks that just make it sparkle.
I had no problems with application, I had full opacity in 2 coats. It was actually shinier than this until I added a top coat. I received a free top coat at Sally's the other day called Diamond Dry. I don't like it. It gives the polish a dull, streaky finish. Luckily it didn't show up as badly in the pics as it was in person. I will not be using it anymore.
