Happy Friday, everyone! I can't believe it's been a week since my last post! I have things to share, but life just got in the way. Everyone at my house has been sick so between taking care of everyone, working and cleaning to try and get rid of all the germs I just haven't had a chance to post! Here's hoping everyone is on the mend and things can get back to normal around here.

Happy Saturday! I managed to squeeze in my mani for this weeks 40 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge! This week's prompt is the color/patter prompt - color is aqua or turquoise and my pattern was leopard. I bought a gorgeous leopard print background that was on clearance at Michael's a few weeks ago because I wanted to use it as nail art inspiration and this was the perfect chance!

Hello! I'm late with this week's challenge, but I figured it was better late than never! I would have been on time but I've been ill this weekend. This is the first freehand nail art I've done (using my nail art brushes) in nearly 2 months! I could definitely tell I was out of practice but it felt good to get back at it and I can't wait to do more! This week's theme is winter, and I wanted to do something different than snowflakes. Happy Saturday! My nephews are here today and we are going to decorate for Christmas so I am super excited! But first I wanted to get a quick post up for my nail art challenge this week. The color theme this week is "glitter or flakie topper" and my pattern was "half and half." I knew I wanted to make it Christmas-themed, but with a twist. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

Happy Friday! I have missed two weeks of the 40 Great Nail Art Ideas, which I am sad about, but I am back this week! This week's color prompt is "Grey + Color" and my pattern prompt was gradient. I decided to go with a vertical gradient instead of the more common horizontal version and I love how it turned out!

Hello and Happy Friday! I am on the road as we speak heading to Oklahoma for a week to visit my family. I have some guest posts lined up, as well as a couple scheduled posts from me. Happy Saturday, everyone! I'm back with the Crumpet's Nail Tarts to bring another week of 40 Great Nail Art Ideas! I was originally just going to participate in one half of the challenge but I think I lost my mind and decided a few days ago to jump in with both feet and do both halves, which means one mani every week for this year-long challenge! This portion of the challenge has everyone using the same color prompt, but with varying techniques. My technique this week is fishtail braid and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out! Especially since I have not done very many fishtail braid designs before.
