Milani Spam Post - Part 3

I know I told you guys last week that I was done with my Milani spam posts. Well, apparently I wasn't. LOL I found 5 more that I had yet to swatch and had completely forgotten about. I think that is a definite sign that I have too much polish. Wait. Did I just say that? No, not possible. I will blame it on the fact that I have been super busy. Yes, super busy. NOT too much polish. LOL

First up is Rapid Cherry. This is one amazing red and it was nearly a one-coater. In fact I could not see VNL in person with one coat. It does, however peek through in the pics. I have one coat on all fingers EXCEPT for my pinky. My pinky has 2 coats. No top coat at all. I think this is my new, go-to red creme.

Next up is another creme, Fuchsia Fierce. This is a really pretty color but I would not call it fuchsia. It's more of a pinkish red (but not in the way that fuchsia is LOL). It is very bright and creamy and also another almost one-coater. One coat on all fingers except the pinky again, the pinky has 2. No top coat. My pics are a little off. It is deeper in person.

Next up is my favorite of the bunch, Teddy Brown. This is a yummy medium-toned brown that is so shiny on its own. This is two creamy, easy coats. I can see me wearing this over and over again.

Next we have Hot Pink Frenzy which is another almost one-coater. This one is not a straight creme, it does have a slight shimmer running through it. Very pretty and bright for Summer. Again, my camera would not cooperate so the color is off in these pics. It is not coral, as it appears in these pics. It is a cooler-toned pink. One coat on all fingers except the pinky, which has 2.

And lastly we have a lovely glitter! This one is from their Jewel FX line and is a really pretty lavender color. And the name? Lavender, of course. LOL This spread very nicely over the nail. This is one coat with very little "dabbing." This is shown without a top coat but one coat would make it perfectly smooth. (Shown here over Hot Pink Frenzy)

Milani Spam! Mint Candy, Hot Pink Jewel FX and Red Jewel FX - Swatches and Review

Happy Sunday everyone! I have some Milani swatches that have just been sitting on my SD card for a couple of weeks so I thought I would put them in one post for your viewing pleasure.

First up is Mint Candy. Mint Candy is a gorgeous color. It's not a true green, more like green with a hint of blue. I asked several friends what they would call it and got several answers. LOL! I heard everything from turquoise, dark mint, jade and sea green. Sea Green seems the closest to me.The pics are color-accurate. The formula was great, this is two coats and no topcoat. The shimmer in this polish is amazing, as you can see in the photos.

Next is Hot Pink Jewel FX, which I layered over Mint Candy. This polish has hot pink (although they look more fucshia to me) and holo hex glitters in a clear base. I can see this looking great over several different colors. I did have to do some "dabbing" with this one (as well as the Red FX) but that is to be expected with large glitters. Shown here is one coat and no top coat.

Last today we have Milani Red Jewel FX which is red hex glitters in a clear base. Same application as with Hot Pink. I put this one over Milani Black Swift and Milani White on the Spot. (Which happen to be my favorite black and white.)

Milani Orchidia and Teal Jewel FX - Swatches and Review

Today's mani

I started out this one with Milani Orchidia. Orchidia is one of Milani's newer colors and is a STUNNING purple. I don't usually care for light colors on me because they tend to not look good with my pasty white skin. But this one is just the right shade that I fell in love with it. It is a red-toned lilac with a slight white and blue shimmer. Simply stunning. The formula was easy to work with and took 2 coats for full opacity.

Milani Teal Jewel FX glitter is a teal micro-glitter with large teal, green and silver hex glitters. This was easy to apply, as far as glitter goes. I did have to do some "manipulating" but I do that with all glitters. It is only made more intense because of my need for "organized random." LOL  I did not apply a top coat but it was not overly rough so one coat of top coat and you should be good to go.

What do you think of these colors? Do you have them? If not will you be purchasing them?
