Pahlish Valley of Ashes - Swatches and Review ♥

Press Sample

Good evening everyone! I have my very first Pahlish polish to show you tonight and I super love it!

Pahlish Valley of Ashes (artificial lighting)

The maker describes this polish as, "Medium gray creme base with teal-pink shifting glassfleck shimmer and scattered holographic microglitter."  That description is spot-on and I loved this polish so much that I stopped in the middle of a swatching session and ended up wearing it for 2 days!

*All of the bubbles seen in these photos are from my topcoat, not the polish.

Stay tuned after the jump!

Liquidus Nail Gloss - Silver ♥

Happy Sunday! I hope you have all had a great weekend! I've been trying to show you this polish for neatly a month now and due to various issues with my camera and memory card it kept getting pushed back farther. So, without further ado, here is Liquidus Nail Gloss Silver!

Liquidus creator, Danielle, loves geology and all of the polishes she creates are inspired by rocks, gems and minerals. They are 3-Free and all polishes ship in ecofriendly packaging that can be composted and is 100% biodegradable. You can tell a lot of love and thought goes into this brand!

Danielle describes Silver as follows, "Inspired by the very shiny and gorgeous precious metal, Silver. This polish is packed full of fine shimmer and glitter with a base of rich gray." I love this polish. It's a gorgeous shade of grey and they holographic shimmer that shines through is so pretty! This one does dry a bit gritty but one coat of Poshe smoothed it out completely. I have photos showing it both ways.

Dandy Nails: Bound to Fall ♥

Who wants to see more Dandy Nails? I know I do! And this one is my favorite (out of the ones I have) from the new collection!

Bound to Fall is such a lovely grey (have I mentioned that I love grey polish - hehe) and it has such depth. It reminds me of granite with the deeper grey flecks in it. And the surprise in this polish just sets it apart. There are iridescent micro-flakies that give it little flashes  of blue, green and purple.  *SWOON* Sandy (creator of Dandy Nails) never ceases to amaze me. Her polishes are so creative and you can tell a lot of thought goes into each and every aspect of them. I attempted to capture the flakies in my photos (and you can see them a little) but they are more noticeable in person. The formula was perfect - 2 easy coats and one coat of Poshe for the photos.

NOTD: Model's Own Mushroom

Happy Friday everyone! I have a lovely creme to show you tonight. I have wanted this one for a while and received it as a late birthday present from a very sweet friend. Thanks, R! ♥

Model's Own Mushroom is a gorgeous grey/taupe creme with purple undertones. The formula was PERFECT and the wear has been amazing. I used 2 coats without topcoat and after 24 hours of a typical day (cleaning, dishes, etc.) I had no chips and almost no tip wear.
