Above the Curve

Thrilling

Thrilling is a bluer version of Husbands Just Don't Understand and it's a gorgeous blue-leaning teal with loads of shimmer and a bit of scattered holo. Formula and application were flawless! It can be a one-coater even, but I've used two coats and no top coat for the photos.

Wow, this one really got me. It's just really pretty and sparkly and it's saturated enough that it even looks good on my bleached flour skin! What do you think?

Autumn Theme Week Day 3 - Autumn Branches and Leaves ♥

I'm late getting this posted but better late than never, right? I received my Above the Curve order in the mail last night and could not wait to get Akiko on my fingers! It does not disappoint! Such a perfect color for Autumn, but also great for year 'round wear as well. 

Akiko is an autumnal copper holographic polish that sometimes looks deep gold, depending on the light. It had a formula as perfect as a crisp autumn day. No issues at all. I thought it would make the perfect base for today's nail art and added some simple branches and leaved on top of it.

It is FRIDAY!!! WooHoo!! I have another beauty from Above the Curve to kick off your weekend!

Wisteria is a gorgeous blue-toned dark purple holo with a PERFECT formula. This one was nearly a one-coater (but I did use two). Absolutely no complaints - love it.

Shawn and Angel, the lovely couple behind Above the Curve, created this brand as "3-Free Polish for a Cause." Here is their mission statement:

Caty Perry-winkle is a true periwinkle shade with soft holographic properties. I love this! It is so delicate and perfect for Spring! The formula on this one is amazing - this is 2 easy coats with no top coat.  I have taken photos inside and outside but this polish is so much prettier in person than I was able to capture in my photos.

Happy Saturday! I hope you guys are having a great weekend so far! I have a gorgeous indie holo to share with you tonight!

Above the Curve is a new-to-me brand but I will be buying more of their polishes! I am so in love with this one! Risen Angel is a loose linear holo (my favorite type of holo!) in a gorgeous deep purple/grey. Formula was fantabulous! This is 2 easy coats without top coat.
