Ninja Polish - Four New Additions to The Enigma Collection! ♥

It's Friday and I have four stunning new polishes to show you - it doesn't get much better than that! All four of these are amazing color-shifters and fit in perfectly with the existing Enigmas (Divinity, Ambrosia and Shillelagh).

The complete Enigma Collection (the 3 current and these 4 new ones) will be stocked Saturday, April 27th at NinjaPolish.com! I do not know the time of the re-stock yet - make sure to follow Ninja Polish on Facebook to stay up-to-date!

One of my favorite things about The Enigma Collection (besides the fact that they're gorgeous, of course) is that they are multi-chrome color-shifters that require NO undies! They are completely opaque on their own and the formula and application are superb. I used 2 coats on all of these except Tweety - I used 3 thin coats on that one. It's my practice with yellow polishes to always start out thin but this one didn't give me any problems so I probably could have gotten away with 2 normal coats. I topped them off with one coat of Poshe (unless otherwise indicated in the photo caption).

Pacific Coral -  "Just below the surface of the Pacific you can find an array of corals to spark the imagination. This polish captures several amazing shades of corals, oranges and pinks while encorporating a color shifting shimmer that bounces across your nails as the sun shimmers across the ocean."

I apologize for the awkward angle and blurriness of this photo - it was the only one I was able to capture this amazing green shift (which is seen quite often in person) in.

Tweety - how cute is that name?! Described by the maker as follows: "I tought I taw some gween shimmer in dat!!! ... I did I DID see gween shimmer!! " Tweety is the ideal yellow containing a color shifting shimmer that adds just the right sass and attitude that lives up to its namesake.

My camera had the hardest time with this one for some reason but I love it! The shimmer shifts from an orange/pink to gold to green! If you've been following me very long you know I'm not a huge fan of yellow but I make an exception for this one. I actually wore it as my full mani today! The first photo is truest to the color (but does not show off the amazing shimmer).

As though the northern lights were lured in and seized by the ice, the soft array of magical colors that are captured in this polish are spectacular. Mystic Glacier gives you an array of color shifting multichromatic colors with a soft, ice blue base."

Liquidus Nail Gloss - Amethyst ♥

Howdy everyone! It's Friday and a beautiful morning here so I am in a pretty good mood - despite being sleepy.

I have another Liquidus Nail Gloss to show you this morning - Amethyst. Amethyst is described by the maker as follows - "Inspired by the vibrant purple hues of the mineral, Amethyst. This polish is a soft purple with a tinge of pink and golden shimmer. A perfect spring shade."  That description is spot on and this is a very pretty color. I used 3 coats for opacity and no topcoat for the photos.

Thanks for reading and happy polishing! ♥

Indigo Bananas: Low-key ♥

Happy Thursday! I have one more Indigo Bananas polish to show you and it is a lovely GREEN!  If you know me, you know I love green and that kicks into over-drive in March because of St. Paddy's Day!

Low-key is a lovely olive green duochrome that shifts to a lighter gold/green and even a dark *almost* forest green, depending on the light. I really love this one and think it is my favorite out of all three of the Indigo Bananas that I have tried so far! I can see this being an awesome pedi color too!

Application was smooth and easy, I only needed 2 coats. No topcoat for the photos.

Indigo Bananas: Hermes ♥

Happy Friday everyone! I have another Indigo Bananas polish to show you tonight!

Hermes is described by the maker as follows:

"Muse, sing of Hermes ... of many shifts, blandly cunning, a robber, a cattle driver, a bringer of dreams, a watcher by night, a thief at the gates, one who was soon to show forth wonderful deeds among the deathless gods." - Homeric Hymns 4

Hermes is a blue based duochrome with scattered holographic glitter, shifting a purple-blue and pink at steep angles. Opaque in three coats.

Base color: blue
Shifts: blue / purple / pink
Finish: duochrome foil with holographic glitter
Roughness: very slightly gritty
# coats: three solo (swatch), or one as top coat
Top Coat: recommended
Size: 15ml
Vegan & cruelty free: yes
3-Free (formaldehyde, toluene, DBP free): yes

This one is super pretty and and had a great formula with absolutely no issues to report. The duochrome shifts from blue to purple - and I even saw teal! And the scattered holographic makes it extra special.

I used three coats and one coat of Poshe for the topcoat. It does have a slight texture to it when dry but I actually preferred the texture alone vs. with topcoat. I have a lot of pics so let's get to them, shall we?
