This Mani Kicks Grass

Nothing to Disclose

Happy Thursday! The weekend will be here soon and I couldn't be more thrilled. I know this was a "short week" but it seemed so long!

Day 4's prompt in the 31 Day Challenge is "green" so I decided to create one of my favorite green things on my nails. Grass! I love grass but I don't get to see it often - it takes a lot of water to get it to survive in the desert and that has caused most of the grass in my area to be taken out and replaced by gravel. So NOT the same.

Zoya Stunning and Irresistible Collections - Swatches and Review ♥

Good morning! How about more brand new Zoyas to start off the day? All of these are included in Zoya's Earth Day Sale this week! I decided to do the Stunning and Irresistible Collections in one post so I have a lot of photos for you today!

Up first is the Stunning Collection. I LOVE this collection! It's so bright and fun! This is the creme collection just released for Summer of 2013. If you've been following me for a while you know that I love my cremes and Zoya has some of the best cremes out there! All of these had a great formula and show 2 coats with no top coat with the exception of Darcy. Darcy was problematic to apply, that's pretty inherent with yellow. I needed 3 coats of Darcy to even it out and, as you can see in my photos, it was not self-leveling. All of the others had wonderful application.

Zoya Thandie

Zoya Yana

Zoya Darcy

The Irresistible Collection is made up of  six shimmer/foil finish polishes. When I first saw these I thought some of them looked similar to other Zoyas that I have. I did some comparisons (photos included) and none of them are dupes! The closest is Hazel and FeiFei but they are actually quite different. All of these had an excellent formula and were easy to apply. All show 2 coats and no top coat with the exception of Tinsley which needed 3 coats.

Zoya Kerry

The colors in these collections work very well together and thought I would pair some of them up to show that off.  (All photos below have one coat of Poshe top coat.)

Aren't these awesome collections for Summer?! They are so cheerful and fun! Great job, as always, Zoya! What are your favorites? It's hard for me to choose but I will go with Josie and Thandie (with Micky in third) from the Stunning Collection and Amy and Hazel from the Irresistible Collection!

Zoya polishes are available at zoya.com and at select Ulta locations and retail for $8. Be sure and "like" Zoya's Facebook page and follow them on Twitter for latest news and promos.
