It's Serum No. 5's anniversary and to celebrate they're releasing an anniversary polish! This is a lovely blend of neutral matte glitters and it glows in the dark like mad!

Another Year, Let's Cheer is a collection of white, taupe and black matte glitters in a clear base with holographic shimmer and intense glow in the dark properties! This one can be worn alone in 2-3 coats but I wanted to see it layered over a light blue creme so this is one coat over a light blue creme and one coat of top coat. I had no issues with application at all.

I am so impressed with how well this glows! I didn't need to "charge" it very long and the glowing was strong and lasted hours!
