Sea Lore Adella Kicks off Sea Lore Week! Swatches, Review and a Giveaway!

Happy Sunday everyone! I have an exciting week planned for you! I have all seven of Sea Lore's Triton's Daughters Collection to show you and there is also a little giveaway for one of these polishes so stay tuned at the end of this post for that!

Before I go into talking about this fabulous polish I must say that I have had the song from The Little Mermaid, in which all of Ariel's sisters are singing, in my head ever since I got them. LOL I do happen to love this movie so I don't mind. 

All of Sea Lore polishes are hand mixed, 3-free and cruelty-free and only use stainless steel balls. All of the glitters are tested a minimum of 2 months by themselves in base to ensure that all glitters are non bleeding and non curling. Jamie says, "We are a relatively new company, but have been in the works for quite a while. I took my time designing each and every portion of the Sea Lore line, from gift wrapping each order to the labels on each bottle, I just wanted to show each and every customer how much they mean to me! I wanted to first show you the care that goes into each Sea Lore order. Jamie wraps each polish with bubble wrap and then packages it all so cute! Such a nice touch!

As mentioned earlier, Jamie also makes nail  polish rings (free with a $20 purchase) and she so kindly sent me one made with Ariel. I love it - so cute!

Adella is described by Jamie - the lovely creator of Sea Lore - as "A seahorse yellow jelly base with mint green hexes, gold glitter, and golden shimmer." That describes it to a tee. I had absolutely NO issues with this polish. Application was a breeze, no "placing" of the glitters at all. I used one coat in the photos - and these photos were taken TWO full days after I applied this mani. That is amazing! I never get wear like that. And absolutely NONE of the glitters were curling at all.

I applied one coat of Adella over Joe Fresh Moss and Nails Inc Westminster (accent nail). I topped it off with two coats of Poshe. One coat was ALMOST perfect but I had a little bit of texture so I added one more.
